Custom Service

We offer this service only 1 time for each VIP one item at a time, due to the long creation/design time required. This can be consulted via Whatsapp / video call / face-to-face appointment (Singapore only). Consultation is free. No rush jobs. Please avoid peak period such as November-February. Not sure, simply request for my availability.

Type/Price/ of Creation

• Custom design - using our approved jewellery template. Information available in VIP gallery or during consultation.  Use your personal stone or choose one from our vault.

 

Basic requirements

VIP discount is not valid. Nett price only.

Design limits: Limited to single and double stone design.

Prices (in gold/silver) start from:

Earrings: SGD$145 (Design: single stones classic Kueh Koci wrap. Include S hooks. If studs, additional $10).

Pendants: SGD$130 (Design: single stone; Approximate size: 3cm x 2cm, 1 pcs complimentary chain).

Brooches: SGD$165 (Design: single /double stones; Approximate size: 5cm x 5cm, 1 pc complimentary chain).

Prices, Payment and Shipping options:

A) SG PayNow and PayLah (recommended).

B) PayPal / Stripe Business QR code or link payment: SG Credit Card (+3% fee), International Credit Card (+5% fee).

C) Free shipping for SG orders. International orders SGD$10-$35, with tracking and insurance (Speedpost Saver).

Process

1) Enquire with Lee Jane via WhatsApp +65 8893-2502 or email me at mts.is.art@gmail.com.

​2) After consultation and upon agreed design, send to me your main stone (if any). SG is via Singpost Smartpac/Speedpost. (Please wrap thickly with bubble wrap and put into box and provide me with tracking number). International sending to Singapore, please use a tracked mail delivery service. 

3) I will inform you when I receive the stones.

4) Allow up to 3 weeks for item to be completed.

5) ​Upon completion of the item, I will notify you and post it to you.

Terms & Conditions

• A pleasant design discussion will be conducted and a simple layout will be drawn for you to keep in view. Please allow some variation/uniqueness to the final design as each is handcrafted.

• I retain the right to refuse any VIP customers' requests if they are beyond my design abilities or my available materials. 

• Full payment is required before creation commences. 

• Customer may not cancel order and no refund after creation process has commenced.

• Please refrain from changing the original design when creation commences. Any changes to the design may require top-up and may delay completion.

• Your creations will be made using pre-approved MTS custom workable templates. I will guide you on this.

• If your stone is broken or damaged in anyway when I am designing it, there is no insurance/compensation. Please refrain from giving me vulnerable stones to work with.

• Completed creations will bear the company trademark, hence it will be authentic, branded and protected. 

• Basic stone requirements: Your gemstones need to be flat back. Smallest sizes earrings approx 10mm x 14mm), pendant approx. 20mm x 15mm). Brooch single stone approx 25mm x 25mm) to fit in the brooch pin length. Or simply enquire with me for this. I will guide you.
