Custom Service

Only VIPs are offered this service about 2 times yearly, due to the creation time required, for 1 item at a time. This can be done via Whatsapp / video call.

Type/Price/ of Creation

• Custom design (choose from our stone vault or to use your personal stone)

 

Basic requirements:

VIP discount is not valid. Nett price only.

Design limits: Limited to single and double stone design.

Prices (in gold/silver) start from:

Earrings: $135 (Design: single stones classic Kueh Koci wrap. Include S hooks. If studs, additional $10)

Pendants: $145 (Design: single stone; Approximate size: 3cm x 2cm, 1 pcs complimentary chain)

Brooches: $155 (Design: single /double stones; Approximate size: 5cm x 5cm, 1 pc complimentary chain).

Process

1) Please enquire to me about my availability for your custom request, via WhatsApp +65 88932502 or email me at mts.is.art@gmail.com.

​2) Upon agreed design, send to me your main stone (if any). SG local is via Smartpac. (Please wrap thickly with bubble wrap and put into box and provide me with tracking number). International sending to Singapore, please use a tracked mail delivery service. 

3) I will inform you when I receive the stones.

4) Allow up to 3 weeks for item to be completed.

5) ​Upon completion of the item, I will notify you and post (complimentary postal absorption of maximum $6.20 for local sending, you need to top-up the rest of the shipping fees) it to you, locally or internationally.

Terms & Conditions

• If your stone is broken or damaged in anyway when I am designing it, there is no insurance/compensation for that. ( hence, if the stone is too vulnerable under assessment when I receive it, I may cancel the order and return it to you.)​

• ​Nothing like that has happened yet. I will do my best to handle the stone with care. Still, do take into consideration that such incidents may happen.

• Your creations will be made using pre-approved MTS custom workable templates. I will guide you on this. 

• All copyrights of completed creations belong to MTS ARTS LLP. 

• I retain the right to refuse any VIP customers' requests if they are beyond my design abilities. 

• A design discussion will be conducted and a simple layout will be drawn for you to keep in view. Please allow some variation/uniqueness to the final design as each is handcrafted.

• Full payment is required before creation commences.

• Cancelling of orders are not allowed and no refund after creation process has commenced.

• Please refrain from changing the original design when creation commences. Any changes to the design may require top-up and may delay completion.
